Julie L. Wainwright is an e-commerce entrepreneur. She is the founder and the former CEO of The RealReal, an online marketplace for authenticated luxury consignment. As founder and chief executive of The RealReal, Julie Wainwright has created one of the most successful online luxury consignment sites. With $288 million in funding raised, Wainwright believes The RealReal will become a billion dollar business in the next few years. Wainwright’s site has shifted attitudes amongst customers in the luxury shopping market, who are willing to buy more now that they understand the true resale value of high-end products. At The RealReal’s core is consumer faith in the company – something that has previously been lacking from the online luxury consignment market.

OMAR TAZI
As the Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at T-Mobile US, Omar Tazi leads a centralized product organization that manages digital properties, devices, partnerships, products, and new businesses leveraging T-Mobile's incredible assets. With over 25 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in product development, digital transformation, and telecommunications, Omar is passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions that differentiate T-Mobile from the competition and delight customers. Omar also served on the Board of Directors for T-Mobile U.S. Inc., America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering the best nationwide 5G networks. He is a Stanford Graduate School of Business alumnus, and he holds an M.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

CHEREE MCALPINE
Cheree McAlpine brings more than 25 years of legal experience representing global tech companies as the Chief Legal Officer at Zoom. Cheree has held a number of executive legal positions most recently as the SVP and General Counsel for Intercom, an AI and customer solution company. Prior to that, she was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Lumileds Inc. Prior to her role at Lumileds, she was General Counsel for Avnet Americas and Wyse Technology, where she managed the company’s successful sale to Dell. Cheree received her BA from the University of Alabama and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is located in the Bay Area.

SEBASTIEN SILVESTRI
Sebastien Silvestri is the CEO of Dinex, Chef Daniel Boulud Restaurant Group. His focus is on defining the next era for the Group's collection of restaurants and brands, expanding the brand portfolio through strategic acquisitions and new business development, and maintaining the excellence of the existing operations. He oversees the Group’s company-owned and licensed venues around the world. Sebastien is instrumental in the day-to-day operation of a restaurant empire that now includes 18 venues—including nine in New York, alone. A native of France, the debonair businessman and wine expert has been working in food and beverage since the age of 16. In 2019 he moved to New York, assuming his current role. And the measured expansion of The Dinex Group has accelerated significantly since his arrival.

Nasim Afsar
Nasim Afsar is relentlessly focused on advancing the health and care of the world, through Healthy People, Healthy Workforce, and Healthy Business. As the Chief Health Officer of Oracle Health, Dr. Afsar leads Product Strategy, Global Market Strategy and Entry and Third Party Partnerships. Last year, her team delivered higher quality of care for over 2 million people (Healthy People), saved physicians and nurses nearly 200,000 hours (Healthy Workforce) and positively impacted the financial performance of clients (Healthy Business). She leads Oracle Health’s Steering Committees on AI/ML in Healthcare, Retail in Healthcare and Payers. Her team has a focus on health equity, working closely with key stakeholders globally. She also works on building the larger ecosystem of healthcare, including working closely with payers, retail, pharma food and beverage and public health agencies.

Dr. Janet Sherlock is a digital and retail executive who had modernized organizations, processes, and solutions through expertise in digital transformation, customer & user experience, omnichannel strategy, data & AI/ML, marketing strategies, supply chain efficiency, and security, privacy, & risk management. Janet used to be the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Ralph Lauren Corporation where she was responsible for the company's global e-commerce strategy and revenue. In addition, she and her team drove Ralph Lauren's digital transformation.

Rishi has a master’s degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from the University of Hartford, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai.

Alex Castrounis is the founder and CEO of Why of AI, a book author on AI, and a professor of AI for Northwestern University's Kellogg & McCormick MBAi program. He has over two decades of experience advising startups to Fortune 100 companies on using data, analytics, and AI models to drive business growth and customer success. Alex is also a former INDYCAR engineer, race strategist, and data scientist who drove winning results for teams such as Andretti Autosport in world-renowned races, including the Indy 500. Michelle Yu is the Co-founder & CEO of Josie. Josie is on a mission to uplift working parents as leaders, creating more inclusive organizations that thrive on their diverse strengths. Through its proprietary mental health and career coaching programs for parents, managers, and organizational leaders, Josie is changing the narrative on what it means to have family and career – at the same time.
