  • JULIE WAINWRIGHT

    Julie L. Wainwright is an e-commerce entrepreneur. She is the founder and the former CEO of The RealReal, an online marketplace for authenticated luxury consignment. As founder and chief executive of The RealReal, Julie Wainwright has created one of the most successful online luxury consignment sites. With $288 million in funding raised, Wainwright believes The RealReal will become a billion dollar business in the next few years. Wainwright’s site has shifted attitudes amongst customers in the luxury shopping market, who are willing to buy more now that they understand the true resale value of high-end products. At The RealReal’s core is consumer faith in the company – something that has previously been lacking from the online luxury consignment market.

  • PRAKASH KOTA

    Prakash Kota serves as Chief Information Officer at UKG and leads the company’s enterprise technology strategy, business applications, employee experience, and enterprise data. Prakash drives his technology vision in alignment with UKG’s business and data strategy to transform the employee and customer experience for the company’s next phase of growth. Prior to joining UKG, Prakash was senior vice president and CIO at Autodesk, a global leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software. In his 20-year tenure, he led a multi-faceted enterprise strategy supporting Autodesk’s global growth and operational scale. He oversaw the company’s enterprise data platforms, infrastructure and cloud engineering, and digital transformation initiatives, including global customer operations.

  • CHEREE MCALPINE

    Cheree McAlpine brings more than 25 years of legal experience representing global tech companies as the Chief Legal Officer at Zoom. Cheree has held a number of executive legal positions most recently as the SVP and General Counsel for Intercom, an AI and customer solution company. Prior to that, she was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Lumileds Inc.  Prior to her role at Lumileds, she was General Counsel for Avnet Americas and Wyse Technology, where she managed the company’s successful sale to Dell. Cheree received her BA from the University of Alabama and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is located in the Bay Area.

  • ANSHUMAN TANEJA

    Anshuman is a seasoned digital-tech leader and visionary with a track record of leading long-lasting transformation and innovation across marquee brands and companies where he has run functions spanning product management, customer experience, technology, AI, strategy, marketing, and general management. Most recently, he was the SVP & Chief Product Officer at GAP Inc. in San Francisco, with responsibilities spanning all brands – Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. Prior to that, he held similar senior leadership roles at Ahold Delhaize (Fortune 100 grocery retailer), Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, and Walgreens. He also serves on advisory boards of industry-leading software companies and think tanks. Across all his accomplishments, Anshuman is most passionate about the sustainable unlocking of business value and growth using the levers of digital transformation and culture change.

  • SEBASTIEN SILVESTRI

    Sebastien Silvestri is the CEO of Dinex, Chef Daniel Boulud Restaurant Group. His focus is on defining the next era for the Group's collection of restaurants and brands, expanding the brand portfolio through strategic acquisitions and new business development, and maintaining the excellence of the existing operations. He oversees the Group’s company-owned and licensed venues around the world. Sebastien is instrumental in the day-to-day operation of a restaurant empire that now includes 18 venues—including nine in New York, alone. A native of France, the debonair businessman and wine expert has been working in food and beverage since the age of 16. In 2019 he moved to New York, assuming his current role. And the measured expansion of The Dinex Group has accelerated significantly since his arrival.

  • DR. NASIM AFSAR

    Nasim Afsar is relentlessly focused on advancing the health and care of the world, through Healthy People, Healthy Workforce, and Healthy Business. As the former Chief Health Officer of Oracle Health, Dr. Afsar led Product Strategy, Global Market Strategy and Entry and Third Party Partnerships. Last year, her team delivered higher quality of care for over 2 million people (Healthy People), saved physicians and nurses nearly 200,000 hours (Healthy Workforce) and positively impacted the financial performance of clients (Healthy Business). She led Oracle Health’s Steering Committees on AI/ML in Healthcare, Retail in Healthcare and Payers. Her team had a focus on health equity, working closely with key stakeholders globally. She also works on building the larger ecosystem of healthcare, including working closely with payers, retail, pharma food and beverage and public health agencies.

  • DR. JANET SHERLOCK

    Dr. Janet Sherlock is a digital and retail executive who had modernized organizations, processes, and solutions through expertise in digital transformation, customer & user experience, omnichannel strategy, data & AI/ML, marketing strategies, supply chain efficiency, and security, privacy, & risk management. Janet used to be the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Ralph Lauren Corporation where she was responsible for the company's global e-commerce strategy and revenue. In addition, she and her team drove Ralph Lauren's digital transformation.

  • SHANNON SYMALLA

    Shannon Symalla is an experienced marketing and digital executive who has spent her career leading marketing transformations for enterprises in various industries. Most recently, Shannon was Chief Marketing Officer at Party City retail where she oversaw retail marketing for over 750 brick and mortar stores and led the over $200 million e-commerce business.  Shannon led the brand, customer strategy, service, omni-channel marketing, creative, digital product and digital commerce teams. In addition to retail, Shannon has developed and led transformational customer & digital marketing roadmaps which resulted in strategic growth in other verticals, including health care and automotive services in both the public and private sectors. Shannon is passionate about customer-centricity and leads with a learning mindset – continuously seeking new ways to build highly engaging relationships with customers in a constantly changing world. Shannon holds an MBA in International Business from South University and is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where she earned her undergrad degree in communications.

  • ANDREW REBHUN

    Andrew currently leads as Chief Experience Officer at Cava, where he leads the Communications, Creative, Digital, and marketing organizations for the 300 unit fast casual restaurant group. He is an accomplished Global Marketing Executive, and delivers first-to-market products and profitable growth for billion-dollar brands across Fortune 50 companies, including McDonalds Corporation and Ford Motor Company, through product innovation/launch, brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital transformation, and customer service. He’s a franchisee leader with keen understanding of franchise models and partnerships – achieving unprecedented growth, sales and profitability.

  • ANDREW BURROUGHS

    Andrew Burroughs is the Chief Experience Officer at @healthymindsinnovations. Healthy Minds Innovations is a nonprofit organization driven by the mission to translate science into tools to cultivate wellbeing. Some of these tools include the award-winning Healthy Minds Program app ranked “best meditation app” by The New York Times, Healthline, Vogue, Sports Illustrated, and Business Insider.

    For most of Andrew’s career, he has been a design engineer, including 25 years at renowned design firm IDEO where he was a partner and ran the Chicago studio. His areas of focus were consumer and medical products, creating surgical tools, insulin pens and a novel kidney transporter that was admitted to the MOMA collection. He is named as inventor on more than 20 utility patents. He also worked on service design for low income energy customers, helping them reduce defaults and making payment systems more user-centric. In 2007 he published a book entitled Everyday Engineering full of intriguing observations about the world around us.

    As the CEO of Illuminate, Cole Erdmann’s journey has been deeply rooted in the evolution of healthcare technology and service experiences. With a rich history that spans various roles and responsibilities, he has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of technology in healthcare. His primary focus lies in harnessing intelligence to augment clinical workflows, thereby enhancing the quality of care. This approach has not only streamlined operations but also facilitated a more personalized patient experience. By integrating advanced analytics and machine learning, Illuminate has been able to anticipate patient needs and tailor care plans to individual requirements.

  • GIRISH RISHI

    Girish Rishi is the Chief Executive Officer at Cognite, the leading Industrial DataOps platform company that harnesses the power of data and AI to deliver actionable insights to the energy and industrial sectors. Most recently, Rishi was the CEO at Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company. During his tenure, the business transformed into the cloud, driving strong growth, profitability, innovation, customers, and employee satisfaction. Prior to his CEO position at Blue Yonder, Rishi held executive leadership positions at Motorola, Tyco, and Symbol Technologies, where he led global businesses that delivered IoT, software, and services. Rishi has a master’s degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from the University of Hartford, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai.

  • ALEX CASTROUNIS

    Alex Castrounis is the founder and CEO of Why of AI, a book author on AI, and a professor of AI for Northwestern University's Kellogg & McCormick MBAi program. He has over two decades of experience advising startups to Fortune 100 companies on using data, analytics, and AI models to drive business growth and customer success. Alex is also a former INDYCAR engineer, race strategist, and data scientist who drove winning results for teams such as Andretti Autosport in world-renowned races, including the Indy 500. His experience applying analytics to make smarter, data-driven decisions in racing now helps businesses gain and maintain a competitive advantage in their industry.

  • MICHELLE YU

    Michelle Yu is the Co-founder & CEO of Josie. Josie is on a mission to uplift working parents as leaders, creating more inclusive organizations that thrive on their diverse strengths. Through its proprietary mental health and career coaching programs for parents, managers, and organizational leaders, Josie is changing the narrative on what it means to have family and career – at the same time. As the CEO of a mental health and professional development company, Michelle wrestles with striking the right balance between human and technological interventions to maximize Josie’s impact on individual wellbeing and growth. Prior to launching Josie, Michelle spent several years in a career she loved in healthcare consulting, spending time at Booz & Company, Deloitte Consulting, and Optum / UnitedHealth Group. The combination of her healthcare background, consulting experience, and lived experience as a dedicated working mom all came together in the founding of Josie.
